She played a key role in the early development of Jitasa’s Costa Rica operations as the Group Accounting Manager before transitioning into her current role as Accounting Support Manager in the U.S. office. Delanie holds a degree in Accountancy with minors in Spanish and Nonprofit Management, aligning her academic background with her passion for serving nonprofit organizations. Her experience and values align with and enhance Jitasa’s mission of empowering nonprofits through financial clarity.
