W.O.L.F. (Wolves Offered Life & Friendship) Sanctuary’s mission is built on three core pillars. Through Sanctuary, W.O.L.F. provides permanent care for up to 30 wolf dogs that have nowhere else to go. With Rescue, the team responds to urgent calls from across the nation, coordinates with other rescues and resources to save animals in need. And through Education, W.O.L.F. works to inspire understanding, respect, and coexistence between people, wolves, and the wild places we share, and the importance of wild wolves in our ecosystems. Together, these efforts create a lasting impact—not only for the animals who call the Sanctuary home, but also for the communities who learn from their stories.
The Challenge
To nurture the animals in its care, W.O.L.F. Sanctuary is located in their natural mountain setting, complete with meadows, rock formations, and trees for them to enjoy within their spacious half-acre habitats. While this remote location is perfect for the wolf dogs, it also means the Sanctuary operates with a small, dedicated team.
