Our New Name and Brand

Today is an exciting day for us as it is the official launch of our new company name and brand!

Jitasa

We chose the name Jitasa because it means 'the spirit of serving others' and we felt that the name and brand truly captures the spirit of our nonprofit clients, the ideal we strive for in servicing our nonprofit clients, and the passion we have for the nonprofit sector.

We have two passions. First, as accountants we have a natural love for numbers. But second, as an organization that exclusively services nonprofits, we get fulfillment and excitement from working side by side with our nonprofit clients to make meaningful improvements in the management of their financials so they can better achieve their social mission. We love playing our small part to make the world a better place.

That’s ‘the spirit of serving others’. That’s Jitasa.

We also got a lot of positive feedback about the way we built up to the brand launch through a multi-touch teaser marketing campaign that told our story.

  2. Why did you change your name and brand?
    We had received considerable feedback from clients, partners, and associates that the Easy Office name and brand did not capture what we do, our exclusive focus in servicing the nonprofit sector, and the passion our associates have for our nonprofit clients. In addition, we were often mistaken for an office supplies company or a software provider.

  3. Does this have any impact to the services to any of your clients?
    There has been no change to our organizational or ownership structure, and nothing will change in your experience of our day to day operations. We are "business as usual" as Jitasa, just as we were as Easy Office.
  4. How can a client contact their account manager or service team?
    As of Monday January 21, 2013, we are switching over to our new jitasa.is email address. All email addresses will be in the format of firstname.lastname@jitasa.is

    Your account manager will be contacting you with their new jitasa email address along with instructions on how to add jitasa.is to your spam filter settings to prevent our emails from mistakenly going into your spam folder.

    Finally, if you should send an email to our youreasyoffice.com email address, don't worry as these emails will be forwarded to the corresponding jitasa.is email address.
