A Jitasawesome Night with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival

A group of Jitasa employees recently volunteered their time at The Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Below is one volunteer’s take on the experience.

Volunteering for the Idaho Shakespeare Festival is a unique and rewarding experience. The festival relies on the kindness of donors and volunteers to run successful shows each season. For each performance a team of volunteers is needed to perform a variety of tasks, from assisting guests with finding their seats, to keeping the theatre clean and tidy, to providing security for the actors.

The environment is welcoming and exciting, plus all volunteers get to view the show for free. Not only did volunteering help enhance the theatre experience for everyone in the audience, it also provided a fun night of entertainment and many great memories for the volunteers. We had a blast!
